THE STORY OF LIONESS LOLA

Story of lioness lola

The 11-month-old lioness who lived in one of the shelters in the Chelyabinsk region was supposed to be euthanized, but workers of the Rehabilitation Center "Save Me" decided to save her.
After that Lola got into a metabolic rehabilitation center.

In the shelter where she used to live, the lioness was fed by porridge with meat and as a result the animal gained excess weight. In addition, the lioness had joint problems and a lot of eczema on her tummy.

Director of the rehabilitation center Karen Dallakyan said that Lola could not bear the severe Ural weather, so they began to look for a new house for her and such ideas as Sochi, Crimea, Mexico were considered.

Till the real cold, SO.TRAVEL, represented by CEO & Founder Yulia Agaeva, managed to find and confirm Lola's transfer to Taigan Lion Park. They were the first who expressed a desire to take Lola.

Belogorsk Taigan Lion Park is the largest conservation of lions and other animals in Europe. Currently, there are 60 lions, 40 tigers as well as hundreds of other animals live freely in the park. The conservation is located in the Belogorsky district of Crimea, on the banks of the Taigan reservoir. It occupies 32 hectares, about 20 hectares are allocated for a safari lion park, in the rest of the territory there are stationary and children's zoos.
